Screenplay writing is a rewarding craft and, at its best, is an art. Participants will come away from this workshop understanding the key elements of writing for feature film screenplays, including story structure, plot, scene development, characterization and dialogue. A series of writing assignments guides you toward mastering the basics of screenwriting, which you use to conceptualize and begin work on your own script starring YOU! The course goal is to create a four-to-five page outline which clearly defines your script's beginning, middle, and end.
